NEP Grant Applications Now Open

Are you in need of new siding, porch, roof, doors, or windows? Applications for the MSDHA Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP) Grant are available at Village Hall and on the village website. NEP provides funding for exterior home repairs that improve the visual appearance of the neighborhood. Funding is limited and competitive. All grants over $10,000 will result in a 5-year lien on the property.
